Step-by-step- In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, kasuri methi, and salt. Mix well to form the paneer tikka marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil (if needed) and sauté the sliced red onion and green bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. Set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Carefully transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a preheated pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the cooked paneer tikka, sautéed onions, and bell peppers evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Cooking time may vary based on your oven and dough thickness.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving hot.

Storage & Freezer Guide
Make it last Refrigerator 3-4 days
Store leftover slices in an airtight container once completely cooled. Reheat gently.
Freezer Up to 1 month
Wrap individual slices tightly in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil. Freeze on a flat surface. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
Reheat Stovetop/Oven
For best results, reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or in a dry pan on the stovetop over medium heat until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
Chef’s Corner
- For an extra smoky flavor, char the marinated paneer directly over an open flame or under a broiler for a minute before adding to the pizza.
- Don’t overload the pizza with toppings; a balanced amount ensures even cooking and prevents a soggy crust.
- Experiment with different cheeses! A blend of mozzarella and a sprinkle of crumbled feta or goat cheese can add another layer of flavor.
