Step-by-step- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside, if using. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
- Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper or directly onto a lightly floured pizza peel. Spread the tikka masala sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle about half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce. Arrange the cooked chicken tikka pieces, sliced red onion, and green bell pepper evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving hot.
